R.I.P.: Phoenix Radio Vet Kevin Mannion Was 45

Phoenix radio veteran Kevin Mannion was killed early Sunday morning when struck by a cab in Scottsdale, AZ.

According to a police report, the 45-year-old Mannion apparently had just left a restaurant and was crossing a road when struck. Police say he was not in a crosswalk.

Mannion was named PD of  Country KSWG 96.3 FM  in Wickenburg, AZ in January.

Mannion previously programmed KZON 101.5 FM and KEDJ 103.9 FM The Edge in Phoenix and also served as APD/MD of Country KMLE 107.9 FM during his career.
