Boston Radio: WUFC Simulcasting Herald's 9AM Show

Starting today, Boston Herald Radio will get a 50,000-watt injection on WUFC 1510 AM during the 9 a.m. hour of the “Morning Meeting” show.

Listeners looking to jump-start their day with news and analysis backed up by the Herald newsroom can now catch hosts Hillary Chabot and Jaclyn Cashman simulcast live every weekday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on 1510 AM right in their cars or traditional radio.

The move pre-empts Glenn Beck's first hour.

“All of us here at 1510 AM WUFC are excited to work with such a prestigious staple in the Boston community such as the Boston Herald and Boston Herald Radio. Boston Herald Radio’s ‘Morning Meeting’ will bring entertaining and informative local live programming to the WUFC audience, which is essential to our long-term programming strategy,” said Bryan Berner, chief operating officer at Wallis Communications.

WUFC 1510 AM’s signal reaches not only its Boston audience, but much of New England, including New Hampshire, Maine and Connecticut.

Herald Radio fans on the Web can still catch all the action on bostonherald.com, the Herald’s free news and sports apps and the free TuneIn and iHeart Radio apps.
