NYC Radio: Seth Everett OUT AT WOR

Seth Everett
The Mets’ radio broadcast will sound a bit different next season, according to wsj.com.

Seth Everett, who just completed his first season as the pregame and postgame host for WOR 710 AM, will not return in 2015.

The station confirmed Everett’s departure, saying he “is no longer part of the WOR sports programming team.”

iHeartMedia , Inc., WOR’s parent company, has posted a job listing for the position on its website.

Howie Rose and Josh Lewin, the Mets’ radio play-by-play announcers, are both expected to return. The Mets moved to WOR last season after 26 years at WFAN, with the Yankees moving to WFAN from WCBS.
