Atlanta Radio: Boom! Gets Bigger Bang

In conjunction with the launch of the Ed Lover Show live from Atlanta, Boom W275BK 102.9 FM is now simulcasting on WUMJ 97.5 FM.

The Ed Lover Show features Classic Hip Hop music, celebrity interviews from the hottest artists and influencers. The show airs weekdays from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET.

“It is perfect timing,” said Tim Davies, Vice President and General Manager of Radio One Atlanta.

“A year ago we launched Boom and our audience told us we needed to expand our coverage. We found that almost all of our listeners of MAJIC 107.5/97.5 were only listening on 107.5 since we upgraded our signal three years ago. So now with The Ed Lover Show live from Atlanta in the mornings along with DJ Nabs in the afternoons, it is a one-two punch of Classic Hip Hop….with two signals booming all over the city of Atlanta!”
