Huntsville Radio: Abby Zellmer Now PD At WDRM, Kiss-FM

iHeartMedia/Huntsville has announced that Abby Zellmer has been named Program Director for Country WDRM 102.1 FM and Top40 W293AH 106.5 KISS-FM via WQVR-HD2.

“We’re so excited to bring Abby to Huntsville,” said Erich West, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Huntsville. “With her extensive experience working for both Country and CHR stations, she’s the perfect person to keep WDRM at the top of the ratings and develop our newest station – 106.5 KISS-FM.”

Zellmer joins iHeartMedia Huntsville from WGNE 99.9 Gator Country Radio in Jacksonville, where she served as Assistant Program Director, Music Director and on-air personality.

Her background also includes working as Imaging Director, Music Director, Assistant Program Director and on-air personality for iHeartMedia’s WMAD 96.3 Star Country in Madison, WI and an on-air personality at iHeartMedia’s WMIL FM106.1 in Milwaukee.

Zellmer began her radio career at iHeartMedia’s WZEE Z104, where she spent almost four years as a morning show producer and on-air personality for the CHR station. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
