Utica NY Radio: WUTQ Drops AC For Talk

Roser Communications Network HAS announceD the launch of the Mohawk Valley’s very first FM News Talk radio station. TALK!

WUTQ 100.7 FM will feature the leading local FM morning talk show, “Talk of The Town” weekday mornings featuring Dave Coombs, Jay Aiello and Beth Coombs, followed by national leading talk personalities. TALK!

100.7 FM is the new home for The Glenn Beck Program, airing weekdays from 10am-12pm. Beck’s quick wit, candid opinions and engaging personality have made The Glenn Beck Program the third highest rated radio program in America.

Grant Roser, General Manager of Roser Communications said, “It’s time that the Mohawk Valley had an independent, locally owned and operated FM News Talk Station. TALK! 100.7 FM will bring a unique mix of local and national commentary to the FM dial. The addition of Glenn Beck to the line-up was a real win for the station; we’re thrilled to have him on board.”

TALK! 100.7 FM will still carry WKTV, News Channel 2, the Mohawk Valley’s only live, local newscast at 5am and the #1 local newscasts at 12pm and 5pm. The broadcast schedule includes talk heavyweights Laura Ingraham, Dave Ramsey, Buck Sexton and Michael Savage.
