Megyn Kelly, Alex Jones Interview Airs Sunday

NBC’s Megyn Kelly previewed her interview with Infowars’ Alex Jones that will air next Sunday on her new show.

At the end of  this week’s episode of “Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly” – which featured an interview with Fox Sports’ Erin Andrews and a package on new technology coming to coal country – Kelly played a clip of her interview with the controversial Jones.

In the preview of the interview, which will air next Sunday at 7 p.m., Jones says he isn’t paranoid and does not back down from his stance that the 9/11 terror attacks were an “inside job” and that the Sandy Hook school shooting wasn’t real.

According to The Hill, Jones, 42, has accused the U.S. government of being involved in the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 and also claims U.S. moon landings were faked.

Following the interview, Jones released a video on YouTube and stated Kelly is a Cold robotic sociopath lawyer.

However, Kelly is drawing criticism on social media for what some saw as an attempt to normalize Jones and his outlandish and untrue claims. She defended herself by saying President Donald Trump had praised Jones and appeared on his show. She also noted that Jones’ InfoWars was given credibility when the site received White House press credentials.

“Many don’t know him; our job is 2 shine a light,” she wrote.

But that didn’t slow the outrage. Some viewers even called for a boycott of the network over the upcoming interview.
