Milwaukee Radio: WTMJ Saves Christmas



WTMJ Radio presents “WTMJ Saves Christmas” as the 2017 “Holiday Radio Show” starring Gene Mueller, Jane Matenaer, Jeff Wagner, Wayne Larrivee and a cast of WTMJ hosts and local voices. 
The show will be presented Monday, November 27 at Turner Hall in Milwaukee, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The radio play will be recorded in front of a live studio audience and replayed on-air throughout the Christmas Season on 620 WTMJ and at WTMJ.com.

Gene Mueller will star in the play as he and the WTMJ cast are brought to the North Pole on Christmas Eve to step-in at the last minute for Santa Claus. The radio play will also feature Packers play-by-play voice Wayne Larrivee, serving as “The Narrator.” WTMJ hosts John Mercure, Melissa Barclay, Steve Scaffidi, Erik Bilstad and Greg Matzek will also appear on stage.

Tickets are $25 (general admission seats) and go on sale at noon at Pabsttheater.org on Monday, October 2. Five dollars from every ticket sold will benefit Kids2Kids Christmas, which is WTMJ’s and Kapco Metal Stamping’s annual charity drive, teaching kids the lesson of helping less fortunate kids during the holidays.
