St. Louis Radio: Stacey & Jonah Debut On WIL-FM

Jonah, Stacey
New Country WIL 92.3 FM launches a new afternoon drive show Tuesday with the addition of “Stacey and Jonah” to the Afternoon Drive time slot.

Hired for their chemistry, passion for New Country, and funny take on life, “Stacey and Jonah” have relocation to St. Louis from Santa Rosa, California, where they have hosted mornings on KHTH Hot 101.7 for the last six years.

“Jonah” Griss-Bush, began his radio career in the largest radio market in the US – New York City. Wanting the opportunity to live in Northern California and get his hands dirty doing multiple functions in radio brought him to Hot 101.7, to co‐host the morning show.

New Country 92.3 program director Scott Roddy says, “Hubbard is the platinum standard for live and local talent. While most radio companies are reducing local talent, Hubbard is adding to our stable of show hosts. Stacey and Jonah’s charm, wit and humor make them the perfect companion while sitting in traffic on Hwy. 40 during the drive home!”

The duo continues, “A huge thank you to Hubbard Radio’s Ginny Morris, Drew Horowitz, Greg Strassell, as well as Hubbard St. Louis’ VP & Marketing Manager John Kijoswski and WIL Program Director Scott Roddy for making this dream job possible. It is an honor to join a company that believes in people and talent, not to mention we can now wake up AFTER the sun rises!"

New Country 92.3 is proud to work with legendary talent coach Steve Reynolds who adds, “Great brands evolve.  And the next evolution for New Country 92.3 is to bring people home from work with a little fun. Stacey and Jonah are fresh, real, different and entertaining and will help STL afternoon listeners get from work to home with a great laugh!”
